Since 1998 SET has worked for Toshiba Information Systems UK LTD as an Educational Advisor and Consultant.

Toshiba are the number one provider of portable and wireless technology for schools and colleges. SET actively supports the Toshiba Ambassador Programme and is a member of the Mobilearn Special Internet Group on Wireless Technology. SET recently presented a paper at the world Mobilearn conference in Rome, Italy on Communities of Practice.

SET is also a leading member of the BECTA ICT Research Network and with Toshiba has contributed to national conferences and special projects such as 'The Digital Divide'.

SET is regularly speaks at various Computer Supported Collaboration Learning Conferences around the world on behalf of Toshiba as part of the Toshiba Ambassador Programme.
